Please read this support topic. You should cache WordPress URLs and make sure they match to each other and have the same https:// protocol: https://wpforo.com/community/how-to-and-troubleshooting-2/error-2253-staging-issue/#post-15415

That looks to have sorted it. I'd forgotten it had the clear cache option otherwise I'd have given that a shot. Thanks for the info Robert. If I have any other issues I'll report back but looks good for now. 🙂
