I don't know if I can explain it properly. I have a Home Page which is mixture for different contents and [WPforo] short code added at bottom to show the forum also. I wanted the SEO of this page be independant, however, WPforo SEO always takeover the page despite of trying with other SEO plugins.
Please help if something can be done?

Mixing a forum in a Home page along with other stuff, is not a good idea in general.
Also thr HOME link in the forums, goes to Home page and not in HOME of Forums page.
Not the best design for users and for a site.
I'd recommend remove the forum from home page, instead put a large image or an information box linked and inviting to the forum page.
