Hello guys, I want to disable the upload of user files, and leave it only for administrators. Or if it is the case, disable everything.
I'm afraid to exceed my storage limit, considering I have a news portal.

U can change for max zize for upload in setting forum !
You should just edit Registered users Permissions. Navigate to Forums > Settings > Forum Accesses Tab and edit the "Standard Access". Then uncheck/disable the "Can Attach File" permission:

Even with the option disabled, the group allows the user to perform avatar uploads.
