I wonder if it's possible to make the forum topics invisible to guests? As this would prompt them to have to login to read any topics.

Or would this completely break the forum SEO ?

Go to wpForo > Accesses, edit Read Only Access,

Disable the following options

Can create topic
Can view topic
Can enter topic

Go to Dashboard > wpForo > Forums, edit the needed Categories and Forums and set Read Only Access for Guest Users from Forum Permissions Field.

@nutritionchat,

It's obvious that the content will not be available in google and in other search engines. All search bots access to forum as guest. If the content is hidden for guests, then it's hidden for all search engines. So the answer is 100% affection.
