If there a problem with a post made with copy paste, there is no way to edit the post to fix it and is not possible to moderate from administration. is there other way to edit it and fix it or even delete it ?
We don't understand correctly the copy past part, please clarify it. However, the user must have the above permission you mentioned to have the right to do that.
If you copy paste an article form another site to a post, because of special characters destroyw all topic and there is no way to edit it and fix it

There is no solution for this. There is no any rich editor that can stop copy/paste issues. wpForo uses Wordpress TinyMCE editor, you can contact to TinyMCE support for more information. Also, you can ask your users click the [T] button before pasting any content in the editor. This button was created especially for your cases.
@robert But how is it possible an admin not to be able to moderate a post? make a list of posts in the admin similar as WP posts to edit it from there, is it so hard? I have 10s of topic with the same problem , do i have to delete all topics ?
And remember that in our forum there people that they dont know what is an editor, here all are familiar with all these, in normal forum 90% are not, you can give them help for things they care not how to copy and use an editor.
The layout is crashed, and all HTML tags are mixed when some wrong content is pasted in a post. The Edit button is a simple HTML code which is crashed too. If the layout is crashed, all buttons are crashed as well. The only way to edit this post is using phpMyAdmin. Using this tool, you can find the post row in wp_wpforo_posts table, get the body field content, paste it in some online HTML correcting/repairing tool, fix it and put it back in the body field. Then Navigate to WordPress Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page and click on [Delete all caches] button.
