Cant add a topic. There is only a title but no description box and it doesn't let me add anything in

This is either, cache plugin or optimizer plugin conflict. Please exclude your forum page from the cache plugin you use, then delete all caches. Here is the description: https://wpforo.com/community/faq/wpforo-and-cache-plugins/
