As far as I understand you want to remove the logo and menu only on wpForo pages, right?
If so, please follow the steps below.
1. Navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Ferure admin and set "No" value for the "Show Forum Page Title" option.

2. Put the following CSS code in "Custom CSS code" textarea, located in the Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Styles admin page:
header#masthead, nav.breadcrumb-trail.breadcrumbs {
display: none;
}
Please don't forget to delete all caches and press CTRL+F5 on forum fronted before checking.

Are the caches deleted?
Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page, click on [Delete all caches] button.
If you've installed some other cache plugins delete those plugins caches as well.

Yes, the code should stay. I see extra space in the code you've left in the post (screenshot below), please remove it.
