i run a membership site for my members & i manually enter the member registration as noone is allowed to register on his own. So, don't really have a SPAM issue.
PROBLEM IS - members post are coming to me for moderation each time they post which i don't want. Pls let me know how can i stop this as i want the members post should be posted directly in forum without my authentication. Really suffering with this - pls HELP. Attached the settings i made in SPAM control - pls check
First of all please set 0 for the option "User is new". Then navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Usergroups admin page, edit the Usergroup of these users (probably the Registered Usergroup) and check/enable the "Can pass moderation" permission. then save it, delete all caches in Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page.
Make sure there is no Unapproved posts in Dashboard > Forums > Moderation admin page and test it.
