wpForo 1.x.x [Closed] Issue with menu wpforo on smartphone

Hi @crisw,

To begin with, I just wanted to precise that the top menus had a "#" because, when you create a custom link with the menu device in Wordpress, you cannot validate it if the "link" field is empty.

But with you suggestions, I discovered that you can suppress these "#" afterwards, and the menu still works! That's what I did this time for the primary menu (and even if this one was working perfectly on a mobile phone WITH the "#"!).

Concerning the Wpforo menu, I followed your suggestion, which looks like the attached image, without any "#".

BUT, I'm sorry to say that it still does'nt work on a mobile phone! When you are connected, you should see the four sub-level menus ("mes abonnements", "mon activité", "Mon compte forum", "Mon profil forum"), but no way!

I feel desperate.... 😫

Oups, sorry! 😳 

The site is under construction, and I had desactived some email sendings to avoid some "accidents".

You should have received a notification email (in french!) to reset your password.

Okay @maxelio42. Just to be clear, you asked for suggestions, I suggested. Sorry if my suggestions didn't work out for you. 🙁  I tried. 

From my standpoint, I am making those suggestions with "backend of the website unseen", "CSS Codes unseen". So just keep that in mind when a developer is trying to help you from the other side of the planet, who doesn't speak French. 🙂 So don't despair!  At least you are not being ignored!  🙂 Help is on the way with Robert helping you! 🙂  

Have you considered adding the wpForo Menu to your WP Theme Menu?

Have you considered also adding the wpForo Navigation to your Widgets area? Because all widgets show up on Mobile Phones. That could be a workaround, if all else fails.

Anyway, Robert will be helping you, he is the SME (Subject Matter Expert) on this wpForo Forum. You're in good hands!  🙂 I'm just a member here.
