Hello,
I know that there is an option that allows/unallows users to post links. My question is that is there a way that if someone posts a link like www.example.com, the user is not allowed to turn it into a clickable link. For example, rather than example.com, it should be example.com
But I want this feature to ONLY be for users not for moderators/admins etc.
