I would like the posts to be automatically be marked as "read", when I click on it. In this community it actually is like this.

But on my website, the posts stay with the bold font and the "new" tag until I "mark all as read".

There has to be a setting I can't find..

Thank you!

Hi @highscoredigital,

This is probably a cache plugin conflict. Please make sure wpForo pages are excluded from your cache plugin, read this topic and find the cache plugin you use in the list for further instruction: https://wpforo.com/community/faq/wpforo-and-cache-plugins/#post-37150

Hello @martin,

thanks for your answer. We currently don't have any cache plugin activated. What could be the problem here?

Thank you!

Hi @highscoredigital,

We could check it from front-end if you leave a URL to your forum.

Also, please make sure the "Track Forum and Topic Current Viewers" option is enabled in the wpForo > Settings > Action Logging & Views admin page.
