How can I translate the Registration form
If you want to translate wpForo phrases, You can do it though Phrases Admin Page from Dashboard > Forums > Phrases, Use the Search bar to find the needed Phrase and translate it.
If you need to translate big amount of phrases, it's better to use Loco Translate Plugin.
