As admin should I get an email when a comment or reply is held for moderation?

I thought I had subscribed to all topics and forums or do I need to update that for each new one created?
Did you add your email in Forum Admins email addresses field? Go to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Email and check that field.

Yup, did that.
