Having tested it, that does seem to be the case. Simple enough when you know, but it's not very clear. And having the topic title tied to the first post is a bit of an odd programming decision.

Please note, that the first post is the same topic, so all tools to manage the topic are available in the first posts (sticky, close, delete topic with all posts, etc...).
