Another question on our quest to take our wpforo forums into the stratosphere.
My template, I only discovered today has a forum design: https://pennews.pencidesign.net/pennews-breaking-news/forums/
Is there a way of applying this to the design of wpforo?

We're looking to ramp up of forums and website, and we need a designer to make design tweaks to the wpForo templates/layouts. Is there anyone that you can recommend or do you guys undertake custom work?
Yes if you can customize the template, otherwise you should use the Simplified or Extended layout which are closer to the one you are showing and choose the Grey Style.
wpForo has four layouts:
