My reply section is missing all the attributes icons. I already added url not cache. Any idea how to fix?
Let's start with excluding the forum page from your cache plugin, i see this message in the source code of forum pages:

Yes it is wrong, see for example this:

You are excluding only the /community/ page.
See the cache plugin on how to exclude everything.
I see that in the link you got, says "/community" for Litespeed, but i think it is not correct. The correct could be
community/*

Also a good idea for the whole site is to DISABLE caching for LOGGED in users.

I think this plugin doesn't work on my WP or it clashes with the theme. Not only the icons dont show, but some people cannot register and the people who did now has access to my WP dash board.

wpForo plugin works extremely well with themes and in a few cases only some minorr css adjustment is needed.
Register / Login is NOT handled by wpForo but by Wordpress CORE. So all your issues with register, are NOT related with wpForo. Same with your dashboard issues. Nothing to do with wpForo.
