I successfully migrated my forum over - brilliant tool you have there, thanks! But I have had some trouble integrating. It's taken longer than I hoped.

I have a busy forum. I was surprised at how easy the migration was so I'm wondering how I might be able delete all the data and use the tool a second time so that I can avoid loss of content.

If you backup your DB tables, as I mentioned in this post you just need to restore those tables, then start the migration again.
