Which file can I edit for the styling of the spoiler and insert link popup boxes? I probably need to add !important; in the style because something is interfering with it.

The width of the popup box is too small

There is no any file that should be edited for this conflict. This is a conflict with your theme or with some plugin. Please leave your forum URL, we'll find a time to register and check CSS conflicts on your website.
