Is it possible for you to provide the SQL command to move Topics to a different forum where column "tags" is like '%unsafe%', please?

I'm sorry, but there is not an easy way to do this with one or two SQL, there are tons of data which should be updated to allow the moved topics work correctly i the new forum.
