@Chris good day to you and the team! I'd like to get an update on the status if there's any progresses in the post tagging feature?

In the meantime, press f12 console and see some issues from Avada and fix them. Not related to this issue, still you must fix them.

@dimalifragis Thanks from bringing it up. We'll look into it!

In the meantime, can I get an answer from @Chris please?

@tmrques21,

All works fine in your forum. I don't see tags with 0 count. Maybe that was a specific case but at the moment all works fine. We've just created a test topic, all tags are attached correctly, and all counts are changed correctly, so this topic could be closed: https://www.paulhypepage.com/forums/tags/

@tmrques21,

The case with Visa Related tag and other two tags are specific. I think the topics or the tags were added manually or with some database manipulation or during the migration. In any case you did a wrong work. You've only inserted the tags in the _wpforo_topics table, but you've not instead/updated the tag term in _wpforo_tags table. That's why wpForo shows 0. In other words, the database data is wrong. And the reason of this is not wpForo. We've nothing to fix here. You can add new topics and see that the tags works fine.

@robert Thanks for the well explained solution.

First of all, the tags were added during post creation, and everything else is original. We have never insert directly into WpForo's tables on DB's end. Hence, we were puzzled why does it behave in this manner. For the time being, we'll monitor on our end. Thanks for the help! @Chris @Robert

Also, could you share with me the solution to resolved? As we'd like to replicate the solution to other websites using wpforo's plugin as well.

Once again, Thank you. Looking forward to your response.

@tmrques21,

We have deleted the broken tags, all other tags in your website were working with no issues.

@chris Thanks for the swift response. So the final solution was; delete the broken tags from DB's end would do?

As mentioned, we have other websites that are facing this issue hence would like to replicate the same solution to others. Could you be kind to share with me?
