Noticed that with some of the newer version of WP Foro my forum topics end up being rearranged.
Not that big of a deal, but I wonder if this could be fixed in the next version...
Not sure if related but press F12 and see SEVERAL js issues in your console browser. Those are serious issues that you must fix somehow.
Probably coming from that caching / optimizer you use. NO caching for wpForo pages. Also optimizing the hmtl can lead to crashes like the ones above (press F12).
