Hi
We haven a problem with the User Info which postitioned to the right of the user avatar
but when i look at the wpFORO forum (this one) the position of the user info in beneath the user avatar.
How can i fix this?

All is correct, there is no any issue and bug here, it comes from design. You've checked the #4 Threaded Forum Layout in mobile. This topic is in a forum with Threaded Forum Layout. It looks different.
wpForo has four forum layouts: https://wpforo.com/docs/root/categories-and-forums/forum-layouts/
So you may use one of other layouts. You can check all layouts here at wpForo Community in mobile. All Layouts are available here. We use all those.
