[Closed] WP Simple Membership compatability

I'm currently using wp simple membership and it's going extremely well in terms of compatibility. One little snag though is where I want to restrict access to particular forums based on the wp simple membership level. Users pay for a certain level and have access to pages on a page permission basis. However, as the only page accessible to edit for wpforo is the top level forum page, I'm in a position where I can only give them all or nothing form permissions through wp simple membership.I know I can use the user group permissions within wpforo but this will require me constantly cross checking for any changes to the paid memberships.So, is there a way to:make the two plugins compatible, ormake it so each forum page appears in my pages list so that I can edit the wp simple membership permissions on it?

They are not subPages. This is just a nested URL, nothing else. It's designed to help wpForo detect current view and load according data (subForums in this case). This doesn't mean they are subPages.
