The default timezone is not based on the WordPress timezone.
My WordPress timezone is UTC+9, but the wpForo default timezone is UTC.

Did you set the option in Dashboard/wpforo/settings/General Setting/Enable WordPress Date/Time Format to yes?

Yes.
I selected yes button.
And WordPress timezone option setting is UTC+9.

Please go to Your wpForo Profile > Account and provide a screenshot of the Timezone field.

@chris wpForo Administrator Account Timezone field is as attached.
Timezone is Asia/Seoul(UTC+9).
If Administrator log in, Time is UTC+9.
When I log out, UTC looks.
Wordpress timezone setting is also Asia/Seoul(UTC+9).
Forum layout is Q&A.
Turn WordPress to forum board is Enabled.
