I can't find this phrase on the translating panel of the plugin and to translate it. There is a similar "You have no new notification" with ID 664 but this one isn't working.

Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page, click on the "Rebuild Phrases" button, then try to find and translate the phrase.

There is a new problem – the same untranslated thing after I press on the notification bell. Rebuilding phrases doesn't help.
just try to add the phrase manually by using the [Add new] button.
IMPORTANT: If you did some change in phrases, please don’t forget to delete phrase cache in Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page.
@sofy I did it, added a new phrase and cleared the cache, and it still doesn't work – after I click the bell, the translation on popup bell is missing. Before I click, the translation exists, despite of it's the same phrase "You have new notifications" in both cases.

We didn't find any bugs here. There are thew phrases, you should make sure both are translated in your phrases system:
- You have no new notification
- You have no new notifications
@robert, both are translated, see the screenshot. Pay attention, that the bug appears in popup on the bell after the bell is clicked. Before click I have translation. I can send you an email with login and pass for test accound that has this bell on my forum.
The phrase you see is different, those are:
- You have new notifications
- You have a new notification
But you have translated these:
- You have no new notification
- You have no new notifications
And
Ok, now, delete all caches, delete phrase caches in Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard, then delete JS/CSS optimizer plugins cache and check. Then leave your website URL. This must work.
or in you MUST for some reason use an optimizer, Fast Velocity plugin worked better for me.
@robert, I disabled Autooptimizer but it doesn't repair the translation. About these errors, I don't know how to fix them.
about these erorrs, I found they are generated by Ads for WP plugin. I tried to turn it off and errors dissapeared but it also didn'tt repair the translation/
