So I finally decided to deactivate UM for wpForo has everything I need, but then user avatars are gone, Just those who had gravatar.
Is there something I should have done before deactivating UM?

Hi @findbmx,
UM has his own Site profile where you can set your avatar, that means that the avatar that show the website is UM's Site Profile set avatar, deactivating UM deactivates UM's avatar as well.

Any workaround could you suggest?
is "wpForo – User Custom Fields" addon capable of importing custom fields from UM to wpForo?

We still don't have UM migrate tool.
User Custom Fields can now import only from BuddyPress, if you need to make the import you can contact our Custom developer with sales[at]gvectors.com.
