Right before logging in, when on the FORUM menu option, I am not able to view the REGISTER or LOGIN menus. This only happens in the situation mentioned above.

Any ideas on what this might be. Would appreciate some insight.

Thanks for the info. I updated my cache plugin settings (WP Rocket) via the information you pointed me to and it solved the problem. To be clear i added >>>> /community/(.*) to the ADVANCED RULES, Never Cache URLs section.
