I know this whole topic has been brought up by me before, I didn't know if I should put it in the old post or not.

I have the problem that the private posts from my users just disappear. Everyone with higher permissions sees them, but all users do not. I have the problem as already written for a while.

I have WP-SuperCache and Redis Object-Cache, but they are set as described by you and even if I disable them, I have the problem. It fixes itself temporarily if I delete the wpForo cache completely, but it doesn't take long, then the problem is back.

Do you have any ideas what the whole thing can be?

edit: In the video you unfortunately do not see the part how I delete the cache in the wpforo settings in another browser. I delete all caches

That is the expected behavior of marking post as Private. Not for public or member access, only the OP and Admins/Mods can access such posts.

In the case that OP the opener of the post is meant, then exactly that does not work ^^''

Or what exactly does OP mean?

@lorias_ ,

I see the forum page is cached by Redis. This is the main reason of the problem:

<!--
Performance optimized by Redis Object Cache. Learn more: https://wprediscache.com

Erhielt 26813 Objects (3 MB) von Redis beim Benutzen von Predis (v2.1.2).
-->

You should contact the Redis cache support (If you're using the Redis plugin) and ask them to help you remove forum page and sub pages from caching (/community/*).

Here is a related support topic: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/excluding-certain-plugin/
