Wpforo was a big disappointment for me. The problem that I talked about before, continues in an absurd way. Before we start, please, update 2022 | theme version 1.0.0. It's a nice theme but I can't use it. I will try to explain my problem in detail and simply.

In the 2022 theme, all my categories and forums are arranged as "extended layout". Now I entered a content in one of the forum, my forum page disappeared. Yes, all I did was write something. I did not open a new category, I did not open a new forum. They were and I just wrote content on a forum. My forum site completely disappeared and there was a blank white page in front of me. I cleared the cache and refreshed the page. I can access the admin panel but not the site.

Here is a small detail. If I log out of my account, I can view the forum. Could it be such nonsense? Another ridiculous detail is as follows, if I directly type the address of a post, forum or category, I can view it. Please, how can such nonsense happen?

If I don't feel sorry for the articles I've entered, the forums I've created, and my effort since I set up wpforo, I will delete it now. And the second point I regret is that I bought the ads manager plugin. If I can get a refund I might really consider deleting the whole forum.

Another nonsense is that there is no problem with the old theme, the classic one. Why haven't you updated the 2022 theme even once in 1 year?

The 2022 theme is ridiculously broken and I'm really sick of it

Is it possible for me to get a refund

Remove this

<!-- Cached by WP-Optimize (gzip) -  https://getwpo.com  - Last modified: Thu, 30 Mar 2023 16:47:52 GMT -->

and see if the problem goes away.

@dimalifragis I uninstalled the WP-Optimize plugin. I tried other browsers, no change. Same problem. What I don't understand is, if this plugin is the problem, how does it get fixed when I log out? @robert

Hi @tarikbayar,

The reason of all your issues is WP-Optimize plugin. wpForo aka you to exclude wpForo pages from this plugin, and I assume you've ignored that notification in Dashboard.

You just need to follow the instruction below:

  1. Please navigate in Dashboard to WP-Optimize > Cache admin page
  2. Go to Advanced Settings Tab, find the "URLs to exclude from caching" option
  3. Insert the URL path(s) of your forum page(s) one per line with wildcard [*] in the option textarea:
    /forum/*
    /community/*
    /participant/*
    /sign-up/*
    /sign-in/*
    /change-password/*
  4. Save it and delete all caches.
  5. Switch to the 2022 theme

P.S. Please note, that wpForo is a free plugin and we have nothing to refund here. If you've purchased some paid add-on, please use gVectors Support forum or contact via support[at]gvectors.com email address.

As a result of the notification from you, I had already arranged the relevant page in that way. You can check the screenshot. The result is still the same. While I am logged in with my own account, the page does not exist.

If uninstalling will solve the problem, I try to uninstall the plugin you mentioned.

No, it definitely doesn't work in removing the plugin. I logged in with the Edge browser, which I had never used before, because Chrome was stuck in its cache. The forum homepage appears until I log in, and the white page appears as soon as I log in.

@tarikbayar White Page COULD be a white screen of DEATH, a fatal PHP error.

Enable STANDARD Wordpress debug and see if debug.log shows any errors.

https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

// Enable WP_DEBUG mode
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );

// Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

No suggestion was a solution. I am sad. The error is pretty stupid. I'm using the old theme because although the forum can be read with the other, the content cannot be shared. I'm either waiting for this theme to be updated or a better one to be developed.
