If I enable CAPTCHA in wpForo settings, there is a bug: if I enter correct login and password, but forget to press captcha, I get an error "incorrect login or password". But actually I just forgot to press captcha.

This is not wpForo Bug. wpForo doesn't have such error. This comes from other plugins. Please read this support forum and find the plugin which does this error. https://wordpress.org/support/topic/google-recaptcha-issue-2/
I checked and discovered that it's a problem with this plugin: https://ru.wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall/ The problem exists only if it's activated.
Are there any ways to repair it?
There is no way to fix this plugin affection from wpForo side. This plugin connects via WP hooks and does some incorrect things. The only way is asking this plugin developers to make it compatible with wpForo. you can provide these examples and ask them fix it.
