When I create a topic, I can use it without any problems, but when I edit the topic after creating it, TinyMCE disappears. Is there a solution?

ok, only the red (error) is that we care, this is probably some conflict between plugins and wpForo.
Disable plugins and check until you find the cause.

@dimalifragis I opened a new wordpress account to try it, I installed wpforo TinyMCE, still the problem was not solved
when i go to edit the topic it disappears

You need to clean the cache, exclude wpForo From the cache plugin if you have optimization plugin you need to exclude wpForo from that plugin too.

After all of that, the errors in the console log will be decrease, so you will need to clean the rest errors.
