I had this problem previously and somehow resolved it on my own but that fix has disappeared when I installed Ultimate Member. I want to remove the black login bar at the top of my page. I previously used css .top-bar-holder { display: none !important } but that doesn't work this time.

You can find options to enable/disable the admin bar for certain usergroups: https://wpforo.com/docs/wpforo-v2/settings/general-settings/

If the setting doesn't help, then it's controlled by other plugin and there is no way to manage it by wpForo.
