Hi @oneil33,

Please note that the wpForo 2.0 comes with a new theme, so the sidebar ID has been changed, and it has been removed from the front-end. Please disable the old classic theme and reactivate the wpForo 2022 theme and put the same widgets in the current wpForo Sidebar again. This is a small extra work, but you'll have the new feature-rich wpForo theme.

The sidebar name is the same "wpForo Sidebar", just use it for re-adding the widgets.

@oneil33,

wpForo doesn't have video submitting feature it doesn't handle the submitted video images, you should ask this question in Addons Support Forum for the wpForo Advanced Attachments addon.

This information is not helpful to me. The instructions apparently assume more info than I have.

Posted by: @robert

Please disable the old classic theme and reactivate the wpForo 2022 theme and put the same widgets in the current wpForo Sidebar again.

The old classis theme is disabled and the new theme is enabled.

The screenshot provided above for Appearance >> Widgets does not match what I see.

(Why can't I paste screen shots in here to show this? When I attempt to Ctrl+V a screenshot, nothing happens. It would seem that at the very least it should inform me that this feature is not enabled.)

I have lost the side bar; which appears to have contained, searches, tags, etc.

So, please, how do I get my sidebar back, with specific instructions or screenshots that match what I see.

@jeffjjones,

Please wait for the next 2.0.3 version update, it'll revert the sidebar if you have not configured a new sidebar. The update will be released today.

@jeffjjones,

Ok, then you have already done some manipulation with the wpForo sidebar, or you use the old classic theme. Or this could be a cache issue, make sure all cache are deleted.

If nothing helps, you should add the widgets to wpForo sidebar manually in Appearance > Widgets admin page.

@selinahub - Did you see my next post concerning manually adding the sidebar using Appearance > Widgets?

Click on Browse All and then search for "wp". Everything came up and I was able to add all that I wanted.

If this isn't working for you, please tell us what you are trying and what happens.

Also, I see that you are getting the error above; so your installation may be messed up. The guys that support this product can probably help better than I to get you back to a solid installation.
