I think they are not logged in. And somehow the Account menu is not disappeared. They click and get this error. they should not see the Account menu when they don't logged in.
Not sure what you say, maybe i worded the problem badly. Of cource they are logged in, see my 1st capture, the Account breadcrumb.
Also i posted that i check that myself, as a user. Same problem.
Ok, i will have to test this more.
I wrote that ALL my users have that problem and that is not correct. Two of them and one myself is 3. All of them have more than one account in their pc, in order to jump-start the forum.
I don't see the Account and Subscriptions menu on the first screenshot. it means the visitor is not logged in.
This is my test account. As you can see, i'm logged in and there is NO Account or Subscription options. If i logout and re-login, it works.
BUT the USER IS DIFFERENT. I'm logged as Venice Expert and the Profile goes to Enrico member.
Something if wrong. Any ideas ?
