when i click on both red marked icons in the mentioned picture its shows a error page like below

Ok, the problem is the redirection. For some reason this page:
https://specsidea.com/community/
redirects to this:
https://specsidea.com/virtual-community-%c2%b7-specs-idea/
Can you please explain why this redirection happens on your website? Do you use any redirection plugin or rules? Do you have duplicated page or post with /community/ slug? In any case you should find the solution your salve.
Another solution is just changing forum page base URL from /community/ to something else, for example to /discussion/ , just make sure you don't have an other page/post with the same path (slug). To change the forum base URl, please go to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > general Tab, change the Forum base URL, save it, go to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard and click [Delete all caches] button.

We only login and check issues in cases when the problem comes from wpForo core. But this is not a wpForo core issue. This is a conflict with some page slug or some redirection solution in your website. So please read my last post again and try to fix the problem.
