While I applaud your clean design and ease of use in WPForo and especially the different formats, I would love to see a Q&A Support Layout, where only the admin or moderator would be able to provide answers to questions.
There is already a permission for that in "Standard" Forum Accesses. Make sure your regular users "Registered" Usergroup have "Standard" Forum Access in all forums (edit forums and check permissions). Then edit the Standard forum access and uncheck one or both these permissions. Then delete all caches in Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page (documentation):
