Dashboard > wpForo > Settings > Email Settings

I already checked those email settings, what I am concerned about is that there is no way to set or reset the password

You are sure that you have added this shortcode [reset_password_url] in your email setting?

The above shortcode was not there in the email, I added and it worked.
