First time user, and so far I'm loving wpforo!
I am setting up wpforo to allow educators to exchange ideas and creative programs that they can use with their students, especially in our new age of social distancing.
My categories are organized by subject. Someone sharing a musical activity will post it under the Music category. Someone with a reading activity would post it in the Language category.
The music activity might be appropriate for high school, college, and adults. The reading activity might only be suitable for elementary school.
Is there a way I can limit the tags by offering checkboxes for each age group and only allowing people to use those tags?
Or, is there a way to add a custom checkbox field to the post that will allow people to specify what age groups each program will be appropriate for? (Of course, I would also need people to be able to search using this field as well.)
I am willing to pay for an addon or a special customization of that is what it would take to make this happen.

I see what do you need. Please explain further, if you got tags with checkboxes, what next? Will it fit all your needs? So, after checking a tag, you just need to click on certain tags in sidebar and see the list of topics in the tag search page...

1. I want to be able to specify a list of tags that people will check when they post. I do not want them to be able to make up their own tags.
2. When people search or browse the forum, I want them to have the option to narrow their results by those tags.
