Just open the attached file please. Is that normal? I'm seeing like that in my websites and also here. What's the reason for that? I couldn't find the solution on old questions.

Please check it on other devices and browsers. Maybe this is a device pr browser specific issue.

I can see all of the emojis without a problem now. The difference is that I gave up windows 7 and upgraded to win10. So I got new browsers too. That must be the reason.
