Hey, After more than an hour of trying and searching for a solution I decided to create a topic here.
I have been trying to use the email shortcodes mentioned here https://wpforo.com/community/faq/wpforo-email-shortcodes/#post-68337 but without any success.
Shortcodes just show up as shortcodes in the email. the only thing that works is [user_login]
Also, I cannot get the user account url to work. Maybe I'm using the wrong code here?

I think I found where the issue lies. It seems only shortcodes that are listed in a specific email template are working. Now the question is, how can I add more shortcode there?

Other shortcodes are not working. I used exactly the codes shown in the given URL.
But they are not working. Only those shortcodes are working that are shown on the left, and I asked how I can edit those.
Please try it yourself.
For example, When [user_email] is shown on the left it works inside an email. When there is no [user_email] on the left, the SAME code does not work in the email.
Here is also a screenshot where one code is taken from the URL you have given and another code is working on another email where the code is also shown in the list on the left.
