Great, @blackraz 🙏 Do you know if keeping my code snippet will cause an issue?
@nutritionchat - There is no significance in keeping the previously provided snippet after updating to the new version of wpForo 2.2.9 because the code is now included in the core of wpForo.
As I kinda expected, updating just now to wpForo 2.2.9 took my site completely down (front end and backend), due to the duplicate code.
So I put my snippets plugin into safe mode, turned off the problem snippet, and all is good again. 👍Â
What's more, I didn't lose my emojis again (as I feared *) so double-good! 👍😁Â
* I think if I had disabled the snippets patch first, then I would indeed have lost all my emojis.
