Good day everyone, I don’t Want Email Confirmation After Registration, after registration my users should be able to post and do other things, please how do I make this happen?

You should disable the Email Confirmation option. Please find it in the Forums > Settings > Features admin page. The option name is "Enable User Registration email confirmation".
