Hello,
I added the WPForo menu on top of my forum, with "Tout le forum"/"MESSAGES"/"MON COMPTE"/"Connexion" menus in it.
The "MESSAGES" and "MON COMPTE" menus give access to sub-level menus.
This menu works perfect on a PC, ...but on a smartphone the sub-level commands don't appear (see attached image).
Will you please have a look (URL : https://les-castors.fr/community/ ), with both PC and smartphone, and help to solve the problem (please test on "MESSAGES" menu)?
I submitted this issue to Themegrill (my theme is Accelerate), their answer was :
"It seems the CSS within the WPForo plugin is creating up that issue within your site. So, can you once consult with the respective plugin developer? They might be able to assist you properly than we could."
Thanks for your help !

Hi @maxelio42. I checked out your website. Currently, what shows are:
On MESSAGES: it links to:
https://les-castors.fr/community/#
Remove the #
Messages Recent
https://les-castors.fr/community/recent/
Messages non lus
https://les-castors.fr/community/recent/?view=unread
MON COMPTE
https://les-castors.fr/community/#
Remove the #
The way you customized your Forum Menu is what's causing the error. Not wpForo and not your WP theme.
To fix this: Go to WP Dashboard > Appearance > Menu > wpForo Navigation , and make sure the link goes to "https://les-castors.fr/community/recent/" and NOT "https://les-castors.fr/community/#" - The hashtag "#" is what's causing the drop down menu or sub-items to not appear on the mobile version.
(See attached screenshot).
Once you save the correct Menu, press Control F5 on your front end, and on your Mobile Device, view it on an incognito window (since Mobile devices have hard caches, you might not see the changes right away, but you would see the recent changes in a different mobile browser or incognito window).
Then if my suggestion works, please mark this issue as "solved" so that the Support Team can close the topic. (I'm just a member here who try to help if I can).

Hi @crisw,
Thanks for your advice.
I removed the two #, tried with another mobile browser and in incognito mode... but the issue is still here!
Hi @maxelio42
Are you using the wpForo Menu Shortcodes as described in this article?:
https://wpforo.com/docs/root/getting-started/forum-menu/
Each menu item has its own specific shortcode-url:
Forum Home: /%wpforo-home%/
Members: /%wpforo-members%/
Recent Posts: /%wpforo-recent%/
Unread Posts: /%wpforo-unread%/
Tags: /%wpforo-tags%/
My Profile: /%wpforo-profile-home%/
Activity: /%wpforo-profile-activity%/
Account: /%wpforo-profile-account%/
Subscriptions: /%wpforo-profile-subscriptions%/
Register: /%wpforo-register%/
Login: /%wpforo-login%/
Logout: /%wpforo-logout%/
Because if you use the wpForo shortcodes, for example Recent Posts, when you type the corresponding shortcode for that on your Forum Menu, which is:
/%wpforo-recent%/
It will show up on your frontend as https://les-castors.fr/community/recent/
Earlier, it had the hashtag.
You can try using the wpForo Shortcode,
/%wpforo-recent%/
or the direct link on the Menu itself, and see if it changes.

Also, try to Debug using the steps in this post
If all that still don't work, well, maybe the Support Team or other Community Members can have other suggestions. That's all I know. Good luck! 🙂
Dear @crisw,
Look at the attached image to see how my menu is built. I suppose it's correct?
Thanks for the hint with debugging tool, ... but the answer is "No issues found" (either on a PC or smartphone).
In fact, when I click on the "MESSAGE" or "MON COMPTE" forum menu on a smartphone, nothing happens, whereas it works very well on a PC, opening the sub-menu 🤔 ....
