I set-up the forum-based url in example.com/forums but when I logout.. it redirect me to example.com/community... How to do to redirect to example.com/forums instead..

I guess you have a plugin which redirects to the wrong page.

wpForo doesn't have an option to change logout redirection path. By default, it redirects to your forum homepage.
