People are subscribing from other countries, with mail adresses like 163.com (china ?)
looks like spam. Each time, I remove their profile
can I fix this once for all ? thanks

Please note: user registration and account creation is a part of WordPress core. wpForo only provides a registration form. You can install and configure any WordPress antispam plugin to protect spam user registration. This is not wpForo part, this is the WordPress part.

Sure, you can remove it by unchecking the "Can subscribe" checkbox. Just navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Forum Accesses Tab, edit forum access for guest usergroup and uncheck the CAN.

thanks but in the guest user group (read only access) every checkboxes are unchecked…
But visitors are automatically in the standard access group, so they can subscribe.

I don't see reCAPTCHA active on your registration form. Why you don't use the first spam protraction solution? It's already integrated in wpForo for this issue and you don't even activate it. All WP websites under huge spam attacks, you're not alone. You should care about that, this is not wpForo issue, this is your antispam configuration issue.
Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Antispam Tab, find the Google reCAPTCHA section, configure it with Site Keys and enable it for all Login/Registration forms.
Then install Akismet plugin, use the free option to enable it and get API key.
