I see the user is Anonymous. Have you deleted the user?
When you delete the user, you should delete it with its all content. So just one click and the user will be removed with all spam posts together. We've deleted one user with 1200 spam post within 30 seconds today by deleting the spammer account:
1. Go to spammer profile page by clicking the username, select Delete in Dashboard option
2. Delete user with its all content
