Hi,

my site multisite. I created a forum for each sub-site. I want the user who is enrolled in any sub-site to have access to the forums on all sub-sites. So, I don't want a new record for each site.  how can I do that.

I've tested it many times, but it didn't happen. I'm registering on a subsite. When I switch to the other subsite, it looks like I'm registered. When I press my profile button, the 404 page appears. Creating a topic as a guest is closed, but I can create a topic. And I look as an anonymous registered 49 years ago in the topic.

note: I using ultimate member.

My English is a little bad, I hope you understand.

I guess you didn't understand me. This plugin is doing the opposite of what I want. I want to sign up with all sub sites at the same time with a single registration form. I want to register on all subsites at the same time when registering from any subsite.

Is this possible?

Hi @m2sahin . What's your setup file structure like?

If it's like this:

  • your-website . COM
  • your-website . COM / forum
  • your-website . COM / forum ID - 1
  • your-website . COM / forum ID - 2
  • your-website . COM / registration

Then, you can register at forum - 1 or 2, and it's just one registration form.

However, if it is like this:

  • your-website . NET
  • your-website . NET / forum
  • your-website . NET / forum - 1
  • your-website . NET / forum - 2
  • your-website . NET / registration

And you want the your-website . NET / registration to ALSO work on your-website . COM / registration, they are two different URLs, using two different WP user tables on two different databases.

However, if it is on just one domain name, there's ways to do that. I wrote a step by step here, you might want to check out.

Hope this helps. Also, if it doesn't help, provide more details on your domain name file structure, so the community can also try and help you. Good luck and God bless you! 🙂

Hi @m2sahin,

You should install some additional plugin for this purpose, e.g Network Subsite User Registration plugin. We haven't tested it yet. I've just read the description and it fits the description, but I cannot guarantee that it'll work fine.
