ok thankyou for reply.... hmm about wpforo plugin, may i ask a solution on how to make the " ENABLE USER MANUALLY APPROVAL SYSTEM " to work ? so i will be able to check and verify their form before approving?

You can use the "Enable User Manually Approval" in wpForo > Settings > Login & Registration admin page, please read the documentation here: https://wpforo.com/docs/wpforo-v2/settings/login-registration/#enable-user-manually-approval-system
