Hello!

I have changed the title of the member in the settings but when you see the titles in the forum they still see the original name but when you access the profile if you see the title change.

Hi @elclements,

Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page, click one by one on [Delete User Cache] and [Delete All Caches] buttons. If you use some other cache plugins delete those plugins caches as well and press CTRL+F5 on the frontend.
