Firstly, I've received reports of several members whose profile avatars are not showing after uploading an image. As an admin, I've cleared all caches a half dozen times. I tried it myself too on a test account and it doesn't work. You can look at this profile here. The user uploaded the attached image. It says "working...", the page refreshes, and never displays the image. The default avatar remains.

Secondly, users who use the "Specify avatar by URL" option, it displays the image, but does not crop it. It just stretches the image and doesn't fill the entire circle of the profile image.
